The satellite-type flexographic printing machine adopts the internationally popular satellite design and uses a direct printing process for high-speed printing on various substrates. The satellite design features multiple printing units surrounding a central large roller to print on the substrate. Since the substrate is wrapped around the central large roller, the errors caused by substrate tension and the substrate's own extensibility during printing are reduced, which greatly improves printing precision and effect. It is especially suitable for color printing and other high-quality printing applications. The machine is equipped with an advanced automatic tension control system to automatically control the substrate tension; the satellite printing system prints directly on the substrate, and independent drying systems are equipped between each printing unit, making it particularly suitable for color printing. The center is equipped with an oven with a double drying tunnel design, ensuring that the ink is completely dried during high-speed printing. The winding adopts surface winding, which is suitable for winding various substrates, and the non-stop design makes printing easier.

The fully automatic cutting and sewing machine cuts printed or non-printed woven bags. After cutting, a mechanical arm pushing method is used to push the bags for sewing, and a sewing machine is used for bag-making. This pushing method of the equipment maximizes the sewing precision and finished product rate, representing a revolution in conveying methods.
